How do I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button so you can follow the live tracking updates!

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Damage during transit does happen from time to time. Don’t worry, our team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us at hello@freshha.com.au to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include your name, order number, and photo of damaged goods.
Product Questions
How does FRESHHA work?
FRESHHA removes excess air from compatible vacuum bags and containers, helping slow oxidation, reduce freezer burn and protect flavour, colour and texture. Simply fill, seal and store.
Are the FRESHHA bags reusable and washable?
Yes. FRESHHA vacuum bags are designed to be washed, dried and reused again and again. Simply wash with warm soapy water, rinse well and allow the bag to dry completely before resealing. For raw meat or seafood, we recommend using separate bags or taking extra care when cleaning.
Can I use it for meat and seafood?
Yes. FRESHHA is great for portioning meat, seafood and fresh ingredients before storing in the fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealing does not replace refrigeration or freezing, so always store perishable food safely and follow use-by dates.
Are the containers dishwasher safe?
The glass container bases are dishwasher safe. To help protect the vacuum valve and lid seal, we recommend hand-washing the lids.
Is the Vacuum sealer rechargeable?
Yes. The FRESHHA vacuum sealer is cordless and rechargeable, making it easy to use at home, in the caravan, in the boat or on the go.
Can I buy replacement bags?
Yes. Replacement FRESHHA vacuum bags are available so you can keep sealing, storing and organising without needing to buy a whole new kit..
Does vacuum sealing replace refrigeration?
No. Vacuum sealing helps food stay fresher for longer by reducing air exposure, but it is not a sterilisation method. Perishable foods must still be refrigerated or frozen and used in line with food safety guidance.

How secure is your payment?
Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.
What payment types do you offer?
We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer GooglePay and ApplePay too!
Do you have payment plan options?
For when payday is just that bit too far away, we offer AfterPay provided you are located in Australia.
